Join us for an exclusive, multi-course culinary celebration dedicated to one of the gastronomic world’s most coveted treasures: the Alba White Truffle (Tuber magnatum pico). Sourced directly from the misty hills of Piedmont, Italy, these rare, wild truffles are celebrated at the peak of their brief autumn season for their earthy perfume and complex, savory depth.
Our kitchen will curate a bespoke tasting menu designed to showcase the delicacy. To honor Piedmont’s heritage, each course is accompanied by a wine pairing of benchmark regional wines, featuring vintages of Barolo and Barbaresco.
