What's new?
Each shop location now has a dedicated website so you can quickly and easily shop products from your preferred or local location. No more filtering by location! You’ll be directed to the website of your local (or closest shop), or you can toggle to another location in the main menu of our website by clicking “switch shop.”
If you wish to purchase from more than one location, you will need to check out separately per location.
Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. You only have to do this once, and your subsequent shopping trips at VerveWine.com will have all the necessary info to fill your cart and make a purchase in a few clicks
You’ll be directed to the website of your local (or closest shop). While you are free to shop from any of the three locations, you will need to click ‘switch shop’ in the main menu to shop products available at another location. Each location’s products will only be available within each shop location website, to help make shopping and shipping easier and faster! If you purchase from different shops it will be a separate order and separate shipping fees. Note, shipping is not available out of state for our Chicago location, due to state liquor laws.
The new website will direct you to the most efficient local shop based on your location. From there you’ll be able to shop by wine categories, to find the bottles you want, but you won’t need to worry about filtering by location – we do the work for you!

Verve Wine is a new place to buy wine online. We curate delicious wines that are thoughtfully and carefully produced from around the world, and deliver them to your door. We also have stores in NYC, San Francisco, and Chicago where we host wine tastings, classes and events.
We travel the world meeting passionate winemakers and make selections based on their great work. Each wine at Verve has been tasted by our team and chosen because we think it’s worth getting to know.

ACCOUNT SETUP AND ORDERING
Members can track their order history to remember wines they love, build wish lists for future purchase, save payment info for faster checkout, and receive special offers and promotions that are not posted to the site.
If you have a Verve Wine account you can track the order via your order history page.

We always want you to be happy, but in order to keep our costs (and your prices!) as low as possible, we do limit cancellations. All confirmed order requests for In Transit and Pre Arrival items are final sale and therefore not cancellable. Cancellations on in-Stock orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. All orders that have already shipped and all special order wines (wines you asked us to find specifically for you) may not be cancelled. If you have specific concerns about your order, or would like to request it to be canceled, please contact us at nyc@vervewine.com.
We want you to love our wines as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please contact us at nyc@vervewine.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. However, in order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass the savings on to you, we do adhere to the following policies:
For wine, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible (but in no event later than 60 days from the date of delivery), because the passage of time limits our ability to recover credit from our suppliers and because we have no way of verifying your storage conditions.
If you suspect that a bottle is corked, please re-cork the bottle and leave the wine inside (we will ask that you return the bottle for inspection and possible return to our supplier). The winery, not Verve Wine, is the source of this problem, but we want you to be happy, so we’ll split the difference – we offer 50% credit on (confirmed) corked bottles less than 5 years old.
While we do everything in our power to ensure your wine is the finest available, as with standard industry practice, we cannot guarantee wine older than 5 years old.
All gifts and all special order wines (wines you asked us to find specifically for you) are final sale.
For stemware and other accessories, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible (but in no event later than 48 hours from the date of delivery), because we cannot accept returns due to breakage or other damage after receipt.
All orders sent to hotels or other third-party destinations are final sale.
If you simply changed your mind or don’t like a wine, we are happy to recommend another selection, but unfortunately cannot accept a return or offer a credit.
In the rare event that you receive a broken bottle or an otherwise physically damaged product, please contact us right away at nyc@vervewine.com. We will happily replace (or credit) broken bottles or otherwise physically damaged products if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note we are unable to replace (or credit) wines showing signs of damage after leaving our possession for reasons such as adverse weather conditions during shipment (when shipped against our guidance) or delays caused by failed delivery attempts not the fault of the shipper.
The promo code that you are attempting to use may be expired or invalid. Check to make sure it is spelled correctly. If all fails, email nyc@vervewine.com
SHIPPING
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE (CHRISTMAS) FOR THE NEW YORK LOCATION
We cannot guarantee Ground shipments ordered after December 14th to be delivered before Christmas. States closer to NY should receive the orders quicker and could potentially place the order a few days later and still have delivery before Christmas, though this is not guaranteed.
Tuesday, December 19th, is the last day to ship UPS express shipping for delivery before Christmas for all customers.
New York local deliveries can be delivered by Christmas Day when placed on the 24th until 12 PM EST. Additional charges may apply.
Online orders placed on December 25th will be shipped on the 26th or 27th.
We will always do our best to get your order quickly to you, but please keep in mind that Verve is not responsible for extenuating circumstances that may delay the delivery, such as weather-related issues, strikes, road closures, etc.

Time in transit is dependent on your location. You can expect to receive your delivery within 3-7 business days. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information.

Local Delivery
We're focused on providing reliable, on time deliveries that are both fast and flexible. Good wine, when you need it. We can deliver same day in all of Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn and Queens from our store in Tribeca when you place your order by 4PM.
Don't need wine right away or won't be home to sign for the delivery?
Use the 'Delivery Notes' section to provide specifics on when you'd like the wine delivered and any other pertinent details that will allow us to ensure you receive the wine when you want it.
Delivery costs range based on where your order is being delivered. But every delivery zone has a free delivery option once certain criteria are met. If you're in our delivery zones, you'll never pay more than $25.

Store Pickup
Orders are typically ready as soon as within an hour and can be scheduled in advance. Our store team will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up. We will hold your order for no longer than 14 days after the order date.
Shipping
Shipping is available primarily via UPS to by ground or air Monday through Friday.
Verve Wine does not, as a business, ship wine outside of New York State. We are happy, however, to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to most locations in the U.S. We are NOT able to certain states, the complete list is at the end of this page.
By authorizing shipment of your wine, you are allowing Verve Wine to engage a third party common carrier on your behalf. We provide all shipping coordination as a free service and do not profit from any shipping arrangements we make for you. Insurance (for breakage only) will be added to ALL shipments at an additional charge unless you assume all responsibility for breakage during shipment.
Delivery times are variable but UPS/Fedex typically turn around packages on the East Coast in 1-2 business days. This means if you're in the Hamptons and order on Wednesday morning, your order should arrive no later than Friday.
*Rates are based on standard 750ml bottles, large format bottles may increase shipping costs
DISCOUNTED SHIPPING
A 50% discount on shipping costs will be automatically applied to all orders of $500 or more. The $500 is pre-tax and fees and post any discounts applied to the order.
Express, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout, depending on your delivery address. These rates are calculated by national carriers and are subject to change.
Please note: if you'd like to ship some bottles in your order and have others picked up at the store or local delivery, please place two separate orders.

LARGE GROUP SHIPPING
Verve Wine is happy to assist with the shipping of multiple packages to multiple locations. Rate are below. For assistance, please email our sales team with the subject line GROUP ORDER INQUIRY at nyc@vervewine.com.
We offer flat rate shipping for $29/package for large group orders. These orders include individualized gift notes at no additional charge. Please note that we usually need a minimum of 7-12 business days notice (depending on the time of year) prior to the preferred arrival date of the shipment to complete large group orders.
If you're not sure what to gift, we can also assist with sending multiple, personalized digital gift certificates!
EXTREME WEATHER
We not do not currently offer cold chain shipping/ice-pack shipping options. If you are concerned about heat or frost damage but would like to ship your wine immediately, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please reach out to nyc@vervewine.com for further details.

A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping carriers will attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee of $35 will be incurred for second shipment.

Most shipping services will allow for changement of ship date. Please contact your shipping service utilizing the tracking number provided in your order directly for further information.

Yes! We are happy to hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at nyc@vervewine.com to coordinate your future shipment.
Please note that once temperatures return to more optimal levels for shipping, we can only hold wine for 30 days. Beyond that, there will be a storage charge applied prior to the release of the wine.
Wines shipped via UPS from our NY Store or BK warehouse typically arrive within 1-2 business days in the Hamptons. Van delivery is available and rates vary depending on the time of year. For more information, please contact nyc@vervewine.com.

PAYMENT
If you have a Verve Wine account, you can change your credit card info in your settings. If not, email us at hello@vervewine.com and we’ll make sure to edit your information.
Due to the recent Supreme Court ruling, Verve Wine is now obligated to collect sales tax on all orders, based on the origin in which the order was placed. Online orders will be charged sales tax based on the state tax stipulations of the shipping address used for the order. Orders placed for in-store pickup will be charged either New York or California sales tax, depending on the selected pickup location.

Verve Wine is happy to accept returns of unopened wine or spirits up to 30 days after the date of sale. Original sales receipt is required.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 1-4 business days for refund to be reflected in your account.
GIFT CARDS
Verve Wine only offers digital gift cards. This saves on material and processing costs/waste. If you’d prefer to hand-deliver your gift card, have it emailed to yourself and then print it off.
Click here to purchase a digital gift card. When purchasing please select "Send As a Gift" to send the digital gift card to someone else. Complete the fields as requested — including a gift message and delivery date — and then click “Add to Cart.” You can have the digital gift card sent directly to the recipient’s email address, or email it to yourself to print and deliver.
This is to process your order. Even though no physical delivery is made, we still gather this information. You may have other purchases in your cart that require delivery.
Nope! No extra charges or fees apply. And they don’t expire either!
You can select to have your digital gift card emailed immediately upon purchase or on a future date of your choosing.
