After closing their renowned New York City based restaurant (La Caravelle) in 2004, Rita and André Jammet decided to carry on the late French tradition of proprietary blending, stamping their name on three different cuvées crafted in Epernay. La Caravelle’s Brut Rosé is tangy and tasty, marked by flavors of sour cherry, red currants, fresh bread, and baking spice.
