This powerful and delicious Syrah is loaded with flavors of dark fruits, bacon fat, crushed violets, and black olives. Hervé works entirely with whole bunches and semi-carbonic macerations, which keep his wines fresh, lively, and seriously easy to drink. We can’t recommend this cuvée enough.
