Made by our friend Piero Incisa della Rocchetta in Patagonia, ‘Sin Azufre’ is native yeast and whole cluster fermented in concrete, then aged for six months in used oak. Juicy notes of red cherries, berries, dried herbs, and flowers dominate this medium-bodied bottle. Serve chilled!
