Domaine Morey-Coffinet is certified organic since 2018, a sign of the thoughtful transformation lead by Thibault Morey and his father Michel. The domaine is run in harmony with the terroir, with biodynamic practices prevalent these days. The family was featured in the film, A Year in Burgundy, highlighting the relevance of their work to the larger landscape of Bourgogne.
