Edgar Brutler's family has been cultivating their organic plots since the 90s in a post-Soviet Romania. Today, Edgar is passionate about uplifting ancient, indigenous varieties, like the Feteasca regala in this bottle. 

'Dum Bun' is marked by electric acidity and elegant fruit notes like quince and pomelo. Zero filtration affords the bottle some nice texture as well.
