New to the scene in Wachau, Peter Veyder-Malberg seeks to understand the region’s unique microclimates and terroirs through each of his precise cuvées. Peter has worked 20 harvests across Austria, committed to organic farming and working by hand. Fruit for ‘Hochrain’ comes from deep loess soils, developing into a wine with flavors of yellow fruit, earth spice, and rocky minerality. Delicious with sushi!
