Now headed by the winery’s second generation, Benedicte and Stephane Tissot produce 28 wines from 40 hectares, farmed organically, biodynamically and chemical-free. This gorgeous blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Trousseau shows flavors of tart strawberries, white cherry, tangerine, and rose petals, leading to a zesty, lees-influenced finish.
