Empire Estate was founded with the mission to showcase the diversity and depth of the vineyards found in the Finger Lakes. The Rosé is made in collaboration with Kelby James Russell of Red Newt Cellars. Offering tart red fruits, toasty brioche, and creamy lemon flavors, this bottle is a lovely aperitif or an excellent pairing with a fat piece of salmon.
