From rich clay soils, this biodynamic Pinot Noir is aged 10 months in 30% new wood barrels, and 70% two-year-old barrels. The use of oak, notes of earth, herbs, and red fruits, this bottle  yields something far more structured than a simple country wine. Pair with dishes using mushrooms, duck, or both!
