This bottle comes from a mix of organically farmed riverside and hillside blocks, and sees 11 months in neutral oak, 20% new. Some time on lees gives the bottle a nice creaminess without sacrificing lean acidity and striking minerality. A flinty nose gives way pears, ripe citrus, and wet rocks.
