'Fico' is the passion project of Filippo Corsini of the Principe Corsini estate. Before taking the helm of the family winemaking business, Filippo took some time to travel, and returned with a newfound enthusiasm for biodynamic and responsible farming and decided to take his family's historic estate in an exciting new direction. 

This 100% Sangiovese bottling is a perfect expression of Filippo's dedication to a modern approach to Tuscan wine. Classic notes of tomato leaf and bright red fruit are underlined by a currant of spices and dried herbs. Concentration is not sacrificed for levity, making this a fun pivot for Burgundy lovers.
