Agrapart’s ‘Terroirs’ Extra Brut is crafted entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay from the 2010 and 2011 harvest, undergoing malolactic fermentation and elevage in oak barrels. Four years on the lees adds texture and weight, giving way to a dry, structured Champagne full of yeasty, fruit-forward flavors.
