This structured and ageworthy 1er Cru Pinot is loaded with flavors of red cherries, tart plums, used leather, and underbrush. Although this wine would certainly be enjoyable now, we recommend letting it mellow out for a few years. (Don’t forget to serve slightly chilled when you decide to pop it!)
