Regarded as the greatest dry Riesling in all of Alsace, ‘Clos Ste. Hune’ was first produced in 1919, grown on old vines deeply rooted into calcareous-clay soils. This is a Riesling that benefits from aging, developing in complexity over time. Aged in oak for a short amount of time, followed by five years in bottle; creamy, complex, and insanely delicious. A treasure.
