Domaine Zuria is owned by Christian and Nadine Zuria, who farm three hectares of vines on a high-altitude plateau in Bonifacio, Corsica. Their rosé is produced from gently pressed fruit that sees a few hours of skin contact, followed by natural fermentation and aging in stainless steel.
