Château des Quarts is a collaborative project between Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin based in the Maconnais. The two old friends bought the domaine in 2012 and have been producing some of the most exceptional Chardonnay out of Pouilly-Fuisse ever since. Notes of oyster shell, citrus oils and lemon meringue make this bottle a winner for any Chablis-lover.
