Etienne Calsac took over his grandparents’ 2.8 hectares of vines around Avize back in 2010 and has since implemented organic farming practices and strict quality control over each cuvée he produces All parcels are vinified separately and each wine ages extensively on the lees before release. ‘Les Revenants’ is a blend of ‘forgotten’ regional varieties, crafted from Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier, & Arbane. Savory and rare-- only 800 bottles produced!
