Envinate is the brainchild of four dynamic oenology students with a shared passion for organic farming, natural vinification, and the salty, sea-influenced wine growing regions of Spain. Envinate is hands-down one of our favorite Spanish producers! This Canary Islands release is made with a grape called Listan Blanco and we love with salty cheeses and fresh seafood. Fruit for ‘Palo’ comes from a 1.5 hectare vineyard of braided vines rooted in volcanic soils. High-toned and acid-driven, the wine oozes with flavors of Meyer lemon, sea spray, saline, and ash.
