Dujac’s ‘Les Beaux Monts’ is silky, integrated, and loaded with flavors of cherries, cranberries, graphite, woodsmoke, and cracked pepper. The wine is still a little tight in its youth, though promises to be absolutely mindblowing in 5-10 years.
