Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993, comprised of five hectares of old vines in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines from whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, giving way to balanced, elegant bottles. This elegant Syrah comes from 100-year-old vines, fermented and aged in used wood. The final wine shows notes of dark fruit, exotic spice, and violets, giving way to a black pepper, mineral-driven finish. Savory and delicious!
