Domaine des Comtes Lafon’s history dates back to the mid-19th century. Since then, the estate has become one of the most celebrated names in all of Meursault and continues to put out some of the region’s best quality wines. Comtes Lafon bottles are known for their power, texture, and undeniable balance. This 1er Cru Pinot from Volnay comes from Lafon’s younger vines and is vinified with 10% whole clusters. Silky and aromatic, the wine shows rich flavors of red fruit, wood, oak spice, and purple flowers. Pair with mushroom risottos and roasted veggies.
