A single vintage blend of Pinot Noir from sites on the cooler, northwest-facing slopes of Verzy. Grapes from Renoir's estate are harvested very mature after a slow ripening, then aged in old oak for two years before another lengthy period on the lees - a long élevage resulting in a long, powerful, balanced wine. Limited in production.
