Jose Antonio Garcia was born in Barcelona and spent many years working in the city’s restaurant scene. Several years ago, Jose decided to recuperate his parents’ vineyards in Bierzo and now works 22 hectares of vines. ‘Aires de Vendimia’ is 55% destemmed and foot-crushed, fermented with native yeasts, and aged on the fine lees in used French oak. Notes of black fruits, strawberries, pepper, and fresh herbs dominate the palate.
