This legendary Burgundian estate was founded in 1924 by Georges Roumier and has since become a standard-bearer for sensational Burgundy. Now headed by Georges’ grandson Christophe, the winery uses mostly destemmed fruit and executes fermentations in oak. This elegant and aromatic Pinot Noir oozes with flavors of fresh red berries, wet earth, and brown spices.
