This flagship wine from Isola e Olena is crafted from 100% Sangiovese aged in French oak barrels for 18-20 months. Fruit comes from some of the estate's best vineyard sites in northern Chianti, whose older vines yield high quality and concentrated fruit. The wine is aromatic and juicy, marked by flavors of red fruit, earth, and thyme. Pair with red meats, pizza, and spaghetti with red sauce.
