Guillaume and Aude Lavollée are fourth generation vignerons are fourth generation of at Génot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. This Vieilles Vignes bottling is whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeast in barrel with no batonnage. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrel, 20-30% of which is new, followed by an additional six months in steel.
