This Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne comes to us from one of our favorite grower-producers in the region. Named after Rodolphe Peters’ 17-year-old son Victor, this out-of-this-world bottling oozes with mineral-driven flavors of saline, white flowers, chalk, cheese rind, and stone fruit. Best of all, the ‘Astonishing Mr. Victor’ himself will hand-design the wine’s label each year.
