Founded by Robert Nicolle and Josette Laroche in 1979, this Chablis-based domaine is now headed by their son Charly, who farms 20 hectares of vines around the village of Fleys. Wines are vinified on the lees in steel tanks, which create a fresh and energetic style. The ‘Vieilles Vignes’ cuvée shows notes of white flowers, yellow stone fruit, and green apple, marked by bright acidity and a weighty mid palate. Serve with seafood or sushi.
