Our love for Envinate’s single-vineyard wines knows no boundaries. Fruit for ‘Parcela Maralagua’ (‘Mother of the Water’) comes from a steep, organically farmed plot on the north side of Tenerife dedicated to a slew of indigenous varieties. Whole grape clusters are vinified and aged in old barrel for 11 months, leading to an umami-driven wine loaded with flavors of citrus, spice, and sea salt. When we say this blend is terroir-reflective, we mean it!
