Four years of aging in used American oak adds a ton of sweet spicy notes to the wine, which is noted with flavors of forest floor, jammy plums, and graphite. Dusty tannins and bright acidity lead to a lingering finish. Simply delicious, especially with beef burritos or juicy burgers on the grill.
