"Les Vins Pirouettes" is a collective winemaking project based in Alsace, with the goal of uplifting organic and biodynamic winemakers. "Eros de Vincent" is a typical blend of Alsatian grapes: pinot gris, riesling, and sylvaner. But don't be fooled; this bottle is anything but typical. With 20-plus days of skin contact, this deeply amber wine bursts with complex notes of tropical fruit and subtle florals. Fun fact: pinot gris berries, while technically considered white grapes, naturally have a hint of pink color, which gives this orange wine its strikingly peachy hue.
