Hailing from ‘La Combe Verte,’ otherwise known as Willamette Valley’s ‘Green Valley,’ this varietal Chardonnay is rich and round, yet maintains a striking acidity. Textured and aromatic, the wine is made with native yeasts and little batonnage in large barrels, bottled lightly fined and filtered.
