This deliciously refreshing wine is produced by DRC legend Aubert de Villaine and provides a delicious insight into one of Burgundy’s lesser-known regions. Fruit for ‘Les Clous Aimé’ comes from various parcels in Bouzeron. Zesty notes of citrus rind and stone fruit are complemented by a mineral-driven backbone. Monsieur de Villaine recommends letting this wine age for 5-7 years before opening (we’d listen).
