Ronco del Gnemiz was established in the 1960s by the Palazzolo family, situated on the top of the hill of Rosazzo in Friuli. Clay and limestone-rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. This blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauvignon, and Merlot delivers the tannic structured you'd expect from such a wine.
