The 'Lunita' vineyard is comprised of very old, un-grafted vines that have slowly but surely been cultivated back to life over the past 15 years by Piero Incisa (of Sassacaia fame) and the rest of the Chacra team. The grapes were originally destined to be included in the 'Barda' bottling, but this labor of love was destined to be highlighted in it's own single-vineyard bottling. Fermented in cement in whole clusters, expect notes lifted red fruit.
