The 2017 ‘Jesera’ Pinot Grigio shows a gorgeous copper hue in the glass, obtained from minimal maceration of fruit. Aromas of banana, white flowers, and stone fruit dominate, giving way to a palate full of zesty acidity, quince flavors, & herbs. A gorgeous depiction of how complex PG can be!
