Radikon’s winery is found in the town of Oslavia, located in the heart of Isonzo (Friuli.) Their 11 hectares are farmed all organically and all fruit is destemmed and skin macerated for at least 30 days. ‘Slatnik’ is a textured and aromatic Chardonnay blend rounded out with 20% Tokai. Flavors of yellow fruit, melon rind, and rain-soaked rocks dominate this exquisite and thought-provoking palate.
