This zesty Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir) rosé is loaded with flavors of red fruit, tart cherries, citrus skin, and wet rocks. Fruit comes from 40-year-old vines rooted in volcanic soils and is vinified like a white wine (direct press, not skin contact). This is hands-down one of our favorite German rosés on the market.
