Saint-Aubin is one of Burgundy’s most underrated growing areas, and we couldn’t be happier that PYCM has ventured into this territory. ‘Les Champlots’ is medium-bodied and acid-driven, marked by flavors of juicy orchard fruit, green apple, hazelnut, and lemon zest. Clean and bright, marked by a lengthy finish. In our opinion, this bottle is one of PYCM’s best values!
