Founded in 1842, Dirk Niepoort now represents the fifth-generation of his family’s namesake estate. He and his sister vinify 11 wines using traditional vinification techniques, which lead to terroir-reflective and insanely delicious final wines. Produced from a handful of indigenous white Portuguese varieties, this light and fizzy pét-nat is almost too easy to drink.
