All wines ferment with natural yeasts and are aged in lark oak barrels. Fruit for ‘El Reventon’ comes from 70 year old vines, giving way to a concentrated yet balanced wine, full of red and dark fruit flavors, silky tannins, and a savory, lingering finish.
