Although the Henri Germain estate is mostly known for its whites (75% of their production is Chardonnay), their small-production reds are not to be missed. ‘Bressandes’ comes from an organically farmed growing site in Beaune and is marked by flavors of candied red fruit, baking spice, and wet earth. Serve with roasted meats and veggies!
