Now on their fourth generation of winemakers, Génot-Boulanger produces classic wines from 22 hectares scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. Fruit is farmed organically and biodynamically, as the duo believes that these practices best showcase Burgundy’s many unique terroirs. This supple and satisfying Grand Cru bottling shows notes of ripe yellow plums, honeysuckle, and buttered toast. Energetic acidity and wet stone driven undertones lead to a lasting finish that lingers on for minutes. This wine is seriously stunning.
