Domaine de l’Ecu is one of the OG organic viticulturalists in the Loire Valley, farming their vines in such a way for over forty years. The estate has also pioneered bottling wines by soil types, in conjunction with extensive lees aging. ‘Granite’ is flinty and refreshing, showing flavors of fresh-squeezed lemon, stone fruit, and gunpowder.
