This single-vintage Grand Cru bottling comes from one of the Côte de Blanc’s most exciting growers. Fruit for this cuvée comes from old hillside vineyards in Avize and Cramant and is vinified with five years of lees-aging prior to bottling. Notes of stone fruit, citrus rind, brioche, and chalk lead to a mineral-laden and saline-tinged finish. We can’t recommend this wine enough.
