Located 15 miles off the Pacific Coast, Stolpman Vineyards is situated in Ballard Canyon, benefiting from various microclimates and large diurnal temperature swings. Vines were planted in 1992, with plantings covering nearly 50 hectares. The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc comes from Santa Ynez, vinified in a combination of steel and oak. Crisp and refreshing, the wine’s energetic, citrus & tropical fruit driven palate makes it the perfect aperitif wine.
