Ronco del Gnemiz was established in the 1960s by the Palazzolo family, situated on the top of the hill of Rosazzo in Friuli. Clay and limestone-rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. ‘Serena’ is an exotic and aromatic varietal Sauvignon Blanc oozing with textured citrus notes, wet stone minerality, and abundant high acid. Great with tacos, seafood, & fresh salads!
