This Moscato-dominant sparkler from Sicily is aromatic, bone-dry, and loaded with flavors of lychee, orange blossom, starfruit, and wildflowers. The juice ages for six months on its lees for six months in steel prior to 12-14 months of bottle aging post-secondary fermentation. These bubbles are seriously one of a kind.
